Sorta like the spider charge. For the spider I have to do a normal dodge and then a roll dodge after that or else I still get hit. For the 9th sister battle i'd recommend using your slow on her when charging as sometimes you need to be a bit too exact with your dodge roll to avoid the hit. slow them down and roll out of the way.
Otherwise block her assault then counter with one of your own, usually you can get 2- 3 attacks out before she would attack again. Slow is your friend against the 2nd sister. Also if you have push that is also highly effective, especially when she is doing one of her jump attack animations, can knock her over.
a full bar of force will give you enough of enhanced force pushes to deplete her stamina. (Probably better to use slow and heavy attack) but it did the job when I was about to use a stim anyway. if you stay about half the arena away from her after depleting her health around half way, she will summon a probe droid and start doing saber throws.
