Even skilled drivers can make about 5k-10k each per day sometimes less or more. You need more than a couple drivers to start making decent money out of them. I would say aim to have 11 drivers (3 small garages + 2 drivers on the initial garage) and then go with the flow of earnings to plan for more garages and drivers.
I have multiples garages and one in particular was making a lot of money, like 10€/km,then i got a problem, drivers got in idle mode and they stopped producing money all 5 of them, day passed and still none of them started working again, also their truck lost a lot of km and idk how to get drivers back to work.
I have a question, please. I've hired four drivers who make a little money in my game. If I stop playing for an hour and go back to the game, do the drivers stop working ? Do they continue to make me money and I can make up the money by resuming the game or all is lost ? Thanks for the answers.
No, upgrading your hired drivers truck doesn't affect anything. So for the start take the cheapest truck, strip it completely to save money. They're level increasing works the same as yours. After jobs you get XP and this way you will level up every now and then. So do your drivers, the higher level they become, the more they going to earn for you.
2: Drivers depending on their long-distance skill apparently prefer to take freight that is as far away from their hometown as possible. Furthermore: If you have all current map DLCs and own a garage in all cities, you can not get enough drivers to place 2 drivers in all garages. #3. The Pitts Jan 2, 2021 @ 4:39am.
570 Drivers Limit. A Workshop Item for Euro Truck Simulator 2. By: KaRei. Increases the number of drivers to hire to 570. This mod is made as an expansion to AvMark's additional drivers mod, which already provides about 500 drivers to hire. You can use both of these mods to get more drivers. #4.
